AJ Smith-Shawver taking it all in ahead of first start as a Brave

AJ Smith-Shawver will start Friday or Saturday for the Atlanta Braves, part of an ultra-accelerated plan for the 20-year-old pitcher after he made his MLB debut out of the bullpen over the weekend. Smith-Shawver completed just 110 innings in the minors, so he didn’t have much time to get settled anywhere.
