A federal judge has ruled that federal officers cannot use tear gas or detain peaceful protesters. Georgia Power spokesperson Matthew Kent says preparation is key, “If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready.” He gives us tips on how to prepare your home, and we are urged to stay indoors on Sunday night once the storm hits.
