More than 17 years after a Six Flags park in New Orleans was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina, developers believe they can revive the abandoned site with a new project.

The owner of “Tami’s Ice Cream & Sweet Treats” was arrested after police searched the blue truck and found melted ice cream, meth, and other drug paraphernalia.
