While the threat of snow is over, there's a strong possibility for black ice while temperatures remain below the average. By the afternoon, we'll go up to a relatively high temperature in the 40s.

Areas of snow showers late tonight could cause some patchy travel concerns thru the night and into the morning. The snow showers will end early in the morning, then clearing and cold with lows in the 20s. Plenty of sun on Tuesday and temps will warm into the 40s. The 50s return on Wednesday and then 60s by the end of the week. Next chance for rain will be late Friday and then possible t-storms on Saturday.

Some evening snow showers across North Georgia tonight with a possible dusting in the mountains. A few isoalted slick spots on some roads. Then a big warming trend this week. Here is the latest.

While nearly all of North Georgia was above freezing this afternoon, some Georgians may continue to see snow flurries and snow showers later this evening.
