Annie Mapp is a bilingual journalist who joined FOX 5 in October 2025. Originally from Mississippi, her career as a reporter has taken her across the country to Myrtle Beach, Birmingham, Tampa, and Los Angeles.
Throughout her journey, Annie has covered a wide range of major stories, from the landfall of Hurricane Ian in Florida to the devastating wildfires that displaced thousands of Californians. She has also reported on high-profile court cases such as the resentencing trial of the Menendez brothers and was on the front lines when President Trump deployed the National Guard to Los Angeles.
When she’s not chasing stories, Annie loves spending time outdoors with her dog Benji and cheering on all things Ole Miss.
