A late voting surge led the Titans of North Oconee High School to a Team of the Week victory!

The votes are in and the North Atlanta High School Warriors are our first High 5 Sports Team of the Week! 

Our first High 5 Sports Team of the Week award for 2017 goes to the North Atlanta Warriors of head coach Jeremy Gainer. The Warriors matched their entire win total from last season (one) with an impressive 21-7 victory over perennial 6-AAAAA power Grady last Friday night.

The HIGH 5 Sports Team is happy, honored and proud to announce the Rome High School Wolves are the 2017 HIGH 5 Sports Team of the Year.

Two schools, five miles apart in the city of Griffin are still alive in the HIGH 5 State Quarter Final. One won't surprise you: The Griffin Bears are back in the quarter finals are to the seventh time in the last 15 years.

Congratulations to the Chestatee War Eagles  -- our High 5 Sports Team of the Week! 

Football is back at Chestatee High School. The War Eagles are 3-2 on the young season after winning only one game over the past two years. That improved play earned the Gainesville school a spot on the High 5 Sports Team of the Week poll. The Chestatee community banded together to vote for their team and now the War Eagles await their first-ever Hand Trophy to be delivered live on Good Day...
