City Schools of Decatur closed all campuses after a major water main break, sending students home early and canceling after-school programs. Three DeKalb schools were also affected and relocated students for the day. Reporter Aungelique Proctor is on the scene as crews work to restore service and determine when classes can resume.

It continues to be busy at the world's busiest airport in Atlanta on Monday. As of noon, approximately 300 flights in and out of Atlanta had been delayed and almost 2 dozen have been canceled. The delays and cancelations are mostly because of historic snow in other parts of the country. Brittany Edney reporting.
