Serial flasher on the loose in Northeast Atlanta

Police are looking for a serial flasher in northeast Atlanta, who has exposed himself on more than one occasion in the Inman Park neighborhood.

The victim, who spoke to FOX 5 News, last spotted the flasher Friday morning off Edgewood Avenue. She said the man was fondling himself on a porch; when she tried to take a photo, he ran off.

"[An officer] said someone on my porch [was] exposing himself," said Oreon Mann, the homeowner who later learned his porch was being used by the flasher.

The woman also told FOX 5 News she spotted the flasher last week, exposing himself while riding a bike.

Though neighbors said there are concerns this man has been spotted in other nearby neighborhoods, police are asking anyone who has seen this suspect to come forward and file a report.

Officers describe the flasher as more than 6 feet tall, a white male with long hair, and seen on multiple occasions wearing shorts.
