Pygmy rattlesnake slithers into Florida family's kitchen

You often hear stories about wildlife in unexpected places around Central Florida.

Black bears tear into trashcans. Coyotes saunter down neighborhood streets. Sometimes wild boar tear up people's yards. It is not often that you hear of a pygmy rattlesnake slithering inside someone's house.

However, wildlife trapper Bob Cross, of Critter Capture Services, says it happened to a Seminole County family this week. Cross's phone rang when the venomous reptile showed up on their kitchen floor. The News Station's Tom Johnson has more.
