Pursuit of reported stolen car in Whittier area

WHITTIER, Calif. (FOX 11) - Los Angeles Sheriff's deputies are in pursuit of a reported stolen car in the Whittier area Wednesday afternoon.

The chase appears to have begun at the Rose Hills Cemetary. The pursuit began as a slow-speed pursuit but at times picked up speeds up to 60 mph on the streets of West Covina and Covina.

No further details were immediately known.
