Passenger arrested after alleged anti-Semitic rant during at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport

ATLANTA - A passenger traveling on Thanksgiving eve allegedly went on anti-Semitic rant aboard a Delta flight from Washington, D.C., to Atlanta, according to Atlanta Police.

Authorities told FOX 5, at one point during the flight the man asked Jewish people on the plane to identify themselves and made comments about bombings. 

Some passengers told police the comments were seen as anti-Semitic. 

The man was arrested when the flight arrived at its gate at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. But he refused to cooperate with officers’ repeated requests to calm down and eventually resisted arrest.

The suspect was taken to Clayton County Jail and charged with obstruction and disorderly conduct.
