The parents of one of the alleged victims of hazing on Parkview High School's baseball team, has filed a lawsuit.

They accuse a South Carolina hotel of giving upperclassmen the keys to their younger teammates’ rooms.

The lawsuit follows the suspension of six members of the Gwinnett County baseball team following a hazing investigation. It came after an incident in June when the team played in a tournament in Charleston. While they were there, one of the younger players told chaperones about being inappropriately touched by upperclassmen.

The family is seeking more than $500,000 in damages.
