Atlanta native Chloe Bailey released her new single at midnight.

Beyonce's mother, Tina Lawson, pops up in the video for "Have Mercy."

Chloe is one-half of the sister singing duo Chloe and Halle.

The two are signed under Beyonce's Parkwood Entertainment.
