Police in Holly Springs are asking for the public’s help identifying two men who stole some high-powered rifles from a gun store.

Plywood still covers the front window of the business after two men broke in Saturday. Surveillance video captured the crime.

Video shows the two men throwing rocks through the front window of the business. Once inside, they went straight to the back.

Detective Greg Bettis said it is interesting the two men only grabbed three AR-15 rifles and nothing else.

Two of the rifles look similar, but the third one is a pink camouflage Smith and Wesson rifle.

The store owner said they were only inside the business 16 seconds. FOX 5 has learned authorities are now looking to see if the two individuals could be involved in other similar crimes in the surrounding jurisdictions.

Police said it is imperative they catch these criminals.

Authorities believe the two may be driving a silver or light-colored Nissan Altima or Sentra. They believe it may be a 2007 model or newer.

Anyone with any information should call the Holly Springs Police Department.
