Surveillance tape could solve city's latest murder

Atlanta Police hope the release surveillance video from a convenience store will help them solve the city's latest murder. The video shows 42
year old Seedee Jones, seen in the black hat, 30 minutes before he was fatally shot at his apartment complex on New Town Circle Monday.

Homicide detectives say nothing appears to have been stolen from Jones and they believe he was the gunman's intended target. Police
hope someone will recognize the three other men in this convenience store who briefly saw or interacted with Jones Monday afternoon. The store
is on Moreland Drive and McDonough Road across the street from the crime scene.

"We're not sure they were involved, but we think they could've been witnesses or may have information that could help us solve this crime. Identifying them and talking to them is critical to our investigation," Lt. Charles Hampton told reporters Tuesday.
