Police: Fulton warehouse shooting suspect dies in car accident

Fulton County police say the man who shot and killed a coworker this morning has died in a car accident.

The shooting happened at 8:30 in a warehouse on Fulton Industrial Boulevard.

Fulton County police said the shooter was a temporary employee who shot a co-worker and fled the scene.

Officials told FOX 5's Aungelique Proctor that the shooter said, "good morning," before opening fire in the warehouse.

Willie Brooks works in a steel yard next door.

"When they said somebody was dead, I said 'There it goes, another disgruntled employee and it's the wrong time of the year,'" Brooks remarked.

Police have not identified the shooter or the permanent employee he shot and killed.
