Gainesville Mother Indicted for Child Cruelty

GAINESVILLE, Ga. - A teenage mother who Hall County investigators said tied up and gagged her 16-month-old son and then drove him to the edge of Lake Lanier was indicted on several charges.

Grace An, 18, has been indicted with first-degree child cruelty, aggravated assault, and false imprisonment.

A locksmith found the boy on Nov. 11 after An went door-to-door trying to get help to get into her car.

An remains in the Hall County Jail with no bond.
