Feds investigate fire at abandoned church building

Federal officials confirm they are investigation a fire at a DeKalb County church.

The church on Hillcrest Drive was abandoned before a fire destroyed it on Sunday afternoon.

No one was hurt, but the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives is now spearheading the investigation-- as a precaution-- because the building was a church at one time.

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
