Police charged a Gwinnett County daycare worker with felony child cruelty after she allegedly hit a little boy with a belt.

According to a Duluth Police Department report, a man picked his 4-year-old son up from Childcare Network on Howell Ferry Road at around 4:30 p.m. March 26 and felt his son was exhibited "unusual behavior."
