Chick-Fil-A breaks customer satisfaction record
Chick-Fil-A is making more waves across the fast food world as it debuts in the top spot in an important consumer index.
The Atlanta-based company was ranked number one on the America Customer Satisfaction Index receiving a score of 86.
The annual survey suggests that customers are becoming harder to please as the economy has recovered. It states that Chick-Fil-A outpaces brands such as Panera, Papa Johns, Subway and McDonalds in customer satisfaction.
The survey said it is the highest ACSI score ever recorded.
Chipotle also debuted this year on the index. It came in second place.
