HOUSTON, TX - A Texas activist raised thousands of dollars for a billboard on wheels one of President Trump's tweets bashing U.S. Senator Ted Cruz. The truck was spotted near Houston's Galleria area on Monday, the day of the Trump Rally supporting Ted Cruz. 

The tweet is from Feb. 28, 2016, when Trump wrote, "Why would the people of Texas support Ted Cruz when he has accomplished absolutely nothing for them. He is another all talk, no action pol!"
