Accused online rapist refuses plea deal

The married man accused of raping a woman he met through an online dating service is headed to trial.

Devin Hartman refused to plead guilty today in Fulton County Superior Court.  Hartman has always said he was innocent.

A grand jury indicted Hartman, a married father of three, of raping and sodomizing a single woman he met through an online dating site.

Senior I-Team reporter Dale Russell, who first reported other women also claimed to be Hartman's victim, says Hartman got bad news today.

Judge Constance Russell ruled that up to six other women can testify against him at trial to show his “state of mind” and “motivation.”
