TCM films experts dish on holiday classics

ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Whether it’s angels getting their wings in It’s A Wonderful Life or Ralphie shooting his eye out in A Christmas Story, it’s just not the holidays without watching certain scenes from classic movies. And nobody is better qualified to talk about must-see holiday films than the hosts of Atlanta-based Turner Classic Movies.

Good Day Atlanta’s Paul Milliken recently stopped by the TCM studios for a rare opportunity to talk with the channel’s four hosts — Ben Mankiewicz, Dave Karger, Alicia Malone, and Eddie Muller. The quartet was together in the Atlanta studio taping TCM’s New Year’s Eve lineup, which includes a primetime marathon of the That’s Entertainment! films. But during a break in filming, Paul got a chance to snag a few minutes with the hosts, getting their thoughts on some of Hollywood’s most memorable holiday offerings!
