Forecast calls for 'blizzards' on Miracle Treat Day
JEFFERSON, Ga. - Not that you need an excuse to eat ice cream in the middle of the Georgia summer – but today, there’s another good reason to splurge and treat yourself to a Dairy Queen Blizzard Treat.

Thursday, July 27th is Miracle Treat Day, during which participating Dairy Queen locations donate a dollar or more from every Blizzard sold to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
Dairy Queen has celebrated Miracle Treat Day for more than 10 years, and last year alone donated more than $4 million to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals across the country (and in Canada). To date, more than $125 million has been raised.

The Jefferson Dairy Queen is always one of the top performers on Miracle Treat Day, turning the entire day into a party with special guests and some really intense eating competitions!
