Georgia Men's Hockey Team has a new member. Nine-year-old Alaina Rushing, who is battling cancer, has joined the Ice Dawgs after getting a special visit from the UGA players.

When Georgia lost in the SEC championship game, it was a tough pill to swallow for many, but once the consolation was playing in Miami in the Orange Bowl. Well, that may have helped just a little bit. The Dawgs practiced one last time Tuesday in Athens before taking off for South Florida.
