The HIGH 5 Sports Big Show was bursting at the seams with over 18 action-packed games from across the state.

Last week, Mount Zion High School in Jonesboro beat rival Jonesboro for the first time since 2009. Thursday night, they tried to go 2-0. HIGH 5’s Justin Felder was there and mic’d up Coach Kevin Jones.

HIGH 5’s Justin Felder traveled to North Gwinnett to put a wire on Bulldogs Coach Bob Sphire as his team battled the big boys with 4th ranked Norcross.

This week’s Game of the Week was so hot that Hill Grove Head Coach Phillip Ironside was barefoot on the sideline for much of action against home team West Forsyth.

The 680 The Fan Call of the Week had Karl Werl and Doug Konkel calling the plays for the Thomson-Pace Academy game while Photojournalist Eli Jordan shot all the action between the Knights and Bulldogs on Walsh Field.

The Hillgrove Hawks (1-1) hit the road Friday night to battle West Forsyth (1-1).
