Ross Harris trial: Nov 2

The defense continued to make its case in the Ross Harris murder trial on Wednesday. Harris, 35, is a Cobb County man charged with murder in the June 2014 death of his 22-month-old son, Cooper, who was found dead in the back seat of Harris' hot SUV. Prosecutors believe he intentionally left his son to die at a time when Harris was unhappy in his marriage and looking for relationships with other women. Defense attorneys said the death was a tragic accident. In April, the trial was moved from Cobb County to Glynn County.

Here are of the key developments which happened during the day:

11:16 a.m. - Ross texted Kirkpatrick about his pornography problem. He asked Kirkpatrick to hold him accountable and made him a partner on a software service that showed Kirkpatrick every site he could see.

11:12 a.m. - Kirkpatrick says that Harris didn't care about anything besides Cooper. When asked if he was a loving father the witness responded, “Absolutely, yes sir.”

11:09 a.m. - Kirkpatrick says that Ross and Leanna were his entire social life for a while.

11:03 a.m. - Billy Kirkpatrick is called to the stand. He facilitates church members to talk about their sexual issues.

10:25 a.m. - During cross examination State paints a picture of Ross having two completely different sides to him.

10:22 a.m. – “He likes to impress people.”

10:18 a.m. - Harris hosted Simmons and his work friends in his Atlanta home while they had a layover.

10:07 a.m. - Michael Simmons is called to the stand, a childhood friend of Harris'. They met in high school bible study.

10:00 a.m. - Travel Agent that Harris used says she sent him general info. He included Cooper in on the plans.
