Police run into trouble during outstanding warrant operation

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - Authorities in Clayton County arrest 28 people with outstanding warrants. Police called it the "Knight of the Dark" Operation. Two of those suspects gave officers some trouble.

Deputies were serving a warrant to Michael Rodriguez at a home on Ashfield Lane, but officers say his girlfriend, Joi German, lied and told them Rodriguez wasn't there.

Meantime, Rodriguez yelled down to deputies from a window and when they went after him, he jumped from a window and ran.

It didn't take long for deputies to catch up though, and take the couple into custody.
