Police find grazing sheep on roadside in Brookhaven
BROOKHAVEN, Ga. - Police in Brookhaven found themselves counting sheep overnight.
Early Wednesday, around 1:00 a.m., about twenty grazing sheep and their security dogs were spotted along Dresden Drive. Police said they escaped their enclosure.
"No charges are expected for blocking the roadway or impeding the flow of traffic," the Brookhaven Police Department said on Facebook.
The good news is that the sheep are back in their enclosure, according to police. The bad news is that they are likely feeling sheepish for being so baaaaaad overnight!
