Officers: Man drove into front of a store

HENRY COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A man drove into a Henry County convenience store Wednesday.

The man told police his accelerator got stuck while at the intersection Racetrack Road and Highway 42. He said he lost control and it slammed into the McDonough Market.

Officials said a clerk was inside but that he was uninjured.

Officers said the driver received a ticket for problems with insurance and license tag.
