Man accused of stealing Beyoncé music in Atlanta appears in court
ATLANTA - The man accused of stealing Beyoncé’s music during her Atlanta concert stop appeared in a Fulton County courtroom via video on Wednesday morning.
What we know:
Investigators say Kelvin Evans took two suitcases containing hard drives from a rental vehicle that was parked on Krog Street on July 8. Evans allegedly broke into the vehicle, which was rented by a choreographer for the famous singer. He was later indicted by a grand jury.
He appeared via video from Sumter County Correctional Institution in Americus on Wednesday morning. During his brief appearance, he entered a not guilty plea and Judge Paige Reese Whitaker set a case management conference for Feb. 11.
