Man accused raping 13-year-old girl

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl in Clayton County was arrested.

Deputies say Mattay Muhammad broke into a house in Riverdale back in August, threatened to kill a young boy, and forced the girl to perform sexual acts while he recorded it on a cell phone.

This earned Mattay the number two spot on the Clayton County Sheriff's "Top Ten Most Wanted" List.

Authorities tracked Mattay all the way to Pennsylvania.

They say they found him hiding in a dryer at his sister's Philadelphia home Thursday and arrested him.
