Man accused of killing prison guard pleads not guilty
ATLANTA - One of the two inmates accused of killing their guards on a prison bus pleads not guilty.
Ricky Dubose, 24, went before a judge Friday morning in Putnam County. He faces two counts of felony murder.

According to investigators, Dubose and Donnie Rowe disarmed and killed sergeants Christopher Monica and Curtis Billue to escape a prison transfer bus back in June.

Authorities arrested the men two days later in Tennessee.
The state asked for the death penalty for both men.
