Fulton County's property tax controversy continues.

Wednesday, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted to set the rate slightly lower than last year's rate.

But for many homeowners who have seen their home value assessments skyrocket this year, the slight decrease won't make enough of a difference.

In fact, some residents said they're so frustrated, they're planning to leave the county.

Following Wednesday’s millage rate vote, Vice Chairman Bob Ellis has called on Chairman Robb Pitts to revoke the vote.

Ellis said the rate is unnecessarily high and he says the actions taken at the meeting were a violation of the law.
