Firefighters stop blaze at Hall County house

HALL COUNTY, Ga. - Hall County firefighters have successfully extinguished a large blaze that threatened to consume a home.

Fire services came to the home on the 3700 block of Griffin Drive in north Hall County Wednesday morning. When they got there, they found a blaze at the rear of the 2500-square-foot building.

After about an hour, the fire was extinguished. The homeowner was not at home at the time and was called by a neighbor.

The cause of the fire is undetermined.
