Delta tops airline list for second straight year

ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Atlanta-based Delta Airlines is flying high.

For the second year in a row, it topped the Wall Street Journal's annual ranking of eight major U.S. airlines.

The survey tracked flight delays, mishandled baggage, and formal complaints.

It concluded Delta's operation was the best.

Alaska Air came in second with Southwest at third followed by a tie between Spirit and Jet Blue.

Frontier was listed as being last.
