Computers hacked at Conyers VFW post
VFW Post Commander William Mitiu said he captured on camera the images he found on a computer screen at the Conyers VFW the morning of June 1st. It was playing on 3 computers.
Mitiu said, "Our computers got hacked. There was a video on the computer screens for a thirty minute time period. It was a blacked out screen and a message in Arabic saying who it was, who compromised our computers and committed the hacking."
Mitiu said there was also an image of a Black Hawk helicopter with some soldiers.
Hundreds of military veterans, about half of them Iraqi vets, visit the hall on any given night. Mitiu fears someone may have been trying to gain access to their personal information.
The FBI is reviewing the case.
