Here’s a curated roundup of the most popular and dazzling Christmas light displays shining across metro Atlanta and North Georgia this season. This list will be updated as new information is received. Check back frequently for new listings.

ATLANTA

Garden Lights, Holiday Nights — Atlanta Botanical Garden

The garden’s signature light show returns with glowing orbs, tunnels of light, and choreographed displays throughout the skyline garden and Flower Walk — a festive, walkable holiday lights experience in the heart of Midtown. 

IllumiNights at the Zoo — Atlanta Zoo, Grant Park

Select dates through Jan. 18
The zoo transforms into a glowing, lantern-lit wonderland with hundreds of illuminated wildlife sculptures and holiday displays — a festive, magical experience for families and couples alike.

WildWoods: AGLOW at Fernbank Museum of Natural History
Select nights, Nov. 14–Feb. 28
Fernbank Museum of Natural History, 767 Clifton Road, Atlanta
A multi-sensory nighttime walk through WildWoods featuring illuminated sculptures, glowing projections, interactive elements and original music. Highlights include incandescent mushrooms, nocturnal wildlife projections, lighted dandelions, dragonflies and more.

OUTSIDE ATLANTA

Stone Mountain Christmas
Nov. 8–Jan. 4 (weekends and holidays)
Stone Mountain Park, 1000 Robert E. Lee Blvd., Stone Mountain
Family-friendly holiday festival featuring visits with Santa, a nightly Christmas Parade, and the Christmas Drone & Light Show with projection effects, drones and fireworks. Includes the Enchanted Tree Lighting Ceremony, musical frosted forest, and a humorous spin on "A Christmas Carol."

Lights of Life — Marietta

A 1.5-mile drive-through light show on the campus of Life University. Features over a million lights, a nativity scene, petting zoo, pony rides, a train ride, and seasonal concessions. 

Lights of Joy — Kennesaw
1510 Ben King Rd NW, Kennesaw
Nov. 30 – Dec. 28, 2025 (nightly 6–10 p.m.)
Georgia’s largest residential holiday light display with over 1.2 million lights, synchronized music, "Tunnel of Joy," and themed light shows. A walk-through show that’s become a holiday tradition for many in the Atlanta area. 

World of Illumination’s Candy Rush Drive-Thru — Marietta
Nov. 14–Jan. 4
Six Flags White Water, 250 Cobb Parkway, Marietta
Massive holiday drive-through with animated lights, sugar plum fairies, a gigantic gingerbread village and sweets as far as the eye can see.

Kennesaw’s Depot Park Holiday Extravaganza
Depot Park, 2828 Cherokee Street NW, Kennesaw
Depot Park has been transformed into a winter wonderland with more than 100,000 lights, a light tunnel, towering toy soldiers and gift towers, Santa’s festive sleigh, the 30-foot city Christmas tree and 75 sponsored decorated trees.

Glow Light Show
Through Jan. 4
Coolray Field, Lawrenceville
Glow Light Show returns with more than one million synchronized lights along a mile-long drive-through course. Families can enjoy towering light trees, illuminated tunnels, animated displays and seasonal treats. Weekday tickets start at $39.99, weekend tickets start at $49.99 and optional Flex and Season Passes are available. 

Holiday Lights at Veterans Park

Magical Nights of Lights — Lanier Islands, Buford

A drive-through light spectacle featuring animated displays, holiday scenes, a Christmas-themed village, fire pits and seasonal treats. Great for families or a cozy holiday drive. 

Gainesville Glows Lanterns & Lights

Callaway Gardens Fantasy in Lights
Nov. 14–Jan. 4
Millions of lights along the 7-mile route through Callaway Gardens. A 40-foot Tree of Traditions, a winter wonderland filled with twinkling lights and oversized ornaments, a Christmas market and more.

Enchanted Garden of Lights
Nov. 14–Jan. 4
Rock City, 1400 Patten Road, Lookout Mountain
Features more than 30 holiday scenes. Journey through the Arctic Kingdom of Aurora Lights and a Magic Forest. Shop in Downtown Yuletown and enjoy sweets and drinks at North Pole Lodge.

Winter Wonderlights in Athens
Nov. 21–Dec. 30
State Botanical Garden of Georgia, 2450 S. Milledge Ave., Athens
Illuminated displays. Wander through a Winter Wondercave, along Jingle Bell Lane and through a Cone Free Forest on a half-mile trail. Enjoy hot chocolate and cookies. WonderLights Disco Nights returns in January.

Holiday Lights at Barnsley Resort

More than 1 million lights and festive décor on the historic 1800s manor house ruins, surrounding gardens and English-style village. Fees apply for non-guests.

Holiday Lights of Ellijay

Mountain Country Christmas in Lights

Walk-through Christmas light display along Lake Chatuge. Special drive-thru event on Christmas Eve. Includes Christmas music, arts and crafts, photo opportunities, train rides, food and visits with the Grinch, Mrs. Claus and Santa.

Red Bird Acres Christmas Lights

A free walk-through Christmas light display featuring thousands of lights, gingerbread men, angels and the Grinch.

A Robbins Family Christmas — Jasper

Annual Jeepfest site, Jasper
A walk-through Christmas lights display and maze at the Jeepfest grounds. Toy drive with Santa and Mrs. Claus on Dec. 5–6.

NORTH FULTON

COBB COUNTY

Fox Family Christmas Lights

More than 100,000 lights dance to music on 88.3 FM. Enjoy handmade animated features, snow machines and Santa visits on select nights. Donations benefit Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Lights on Jubilee 
4500 Jubilee Court, Powder Springs
Thousands of lights that are synchronized to music that you can listen to in your car by tuning to 88.3. 3,500 new lights this year. 

Riley’s Rockin’ Christmas
2008 Palladium Dr., Kennesaw
More than 60,000 LED lights are choreographed to holiday classics and family favorites. Donations support the Children’s Burn Foundation.

Hrockin Hranicky Christmas Lights
3848 Rivers Run Trace NW, Acworth
Celebrate the season at this synchronized musical display that features moving lights and dramatic pauses. Donations support Angels Among Us Pet Rescue.

Christmas on Bolingbrook

Canton Christmas House

CARROLL COUNTY

Nichols Family Christmas Light Show 
504 Horsley Mill Road, Carrollton
A walk-through Christmas light display featuring thousands of lights, music, multiple lighted characters and inflatables, and visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus. 

DEKALB COUNTY

Cuda Christmas Display
3043 Majestic Circle, Avondale Estates
The Cuda home's light display features thousands of lights set to music at FM 88.1. Lights are lit until Jan. 10. 

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Christmas Lights at the Lovingoods
503 Friendship Church Road, Douglasville
A walk-through holiday display that went viral in 2024, featuring thousands of lights, handmade cutouts, an outdoor mini-theater, costumed characters, popcorn, candy, hot cocoa and more.

PAULDING COUNTY

Felix Family Christmas Lights
224 Oliver Overlook, Dallas
Celebrate 20 years of this animated display featuring Santa, the Peanuts gang, Frosty and more. Tune to 100.9 FM to enjoy synchronized music as both homes light up the street.

Christmas on Argo 
125 Argo Road, Dallas
Drive-thru Christmas display featuring more than 50 inflatables, many blow molds, lights and yard art. The lights are on 6-9:30 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 6-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday.

Daniell Family Lights
290 Misty Hill Trail, Dallas
More than 13,000 lights shimmer in a fully synchronized show. Tune to 87.9 FM to enjoy the musical soundtrack from your vehicle.

Atkinson Family Christmas Lights
18 Riverwood Landing, Dallas
Meet Bruce Spruce, the talking Christmas tree, and enjoy giant snowflakes, a 20-foot mega tree and an animated pixel screen. The Atkinson Family has promised to step it up this year. Tune to 99.1 FM for music.

Portwood Family Christmas Lights
20 Valley Dr., Hiram
This massive family display features 150,000 lights and 130 inflatables, including a 40-foot Santa and 30-foot Grinch. Guests are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items.

The Wanks Family Christmas Lights
74 Southwind Lane, Dallas
Enjoy a self-guided walk-through display featuring a 30-foot mega tree, Santa’s sleigh for photos, and dozens of handmade holiday cutouts. Open through Dec. 28 with free admission nightly. Open Monday–Thursday 6–10 p.m. and Friday–Sunday 6–11 p.m.

GWINNETT COUNTY

Lights on Linstone
2250 Linstone Lane, Grayson
Thousands of lights dance to music on 89.7 FM. Special appearances from Santa and the Grinch take place on select nights.

Lawson's Lights on Grove Park
3525 Grove Park Drive, Peachtree Corners
Thousands of animated lights synched to music on 88.7FM. Visitors asked to remain in cars.

FAYETTE COUNTY

Gaddy Family Christmas Light Extravaganza
898 Sandy Creek Rd., Fayetteville
A 30-year drive-thru tradition featuring tunnels, inflatables and festive décor. The annual Toys for Tots event returns Dec. 5.

Gaddy light display raising money for NICU families

The Gaddy family will host their first-ever walk-through of their famous Christmas light display, limited to 50 guests. The event will raise money for the Piedmont Fayette NICU in honor of the Gaddys’ late grandchild. The traditional drive-through display remains free and continues to support Toys for Tots.

Burton Christmas Lights
165 Stafford Court, Fayetteville
Thousands of lights cover the house and yard, synchronized to music on 101.9 FM. Visitors are asked to remain in their vehicles at all times.

FRANKLIN COUNTY

A Whole LOT of Christmas

A beloved walk-up display featuring Santa visits, themed lanes, animated gingerbread scenes and a Disney section. Donations support Make-A-Wish Georgia.

PAULDING COUNTY

Wanks Family Christmas Lights

A mini walk-through Christmas display at family home. Thousands of lights, holiday characters, snowmen, trees, candy canes, and more.
