Watershed employee speaks on allegations against deputy commissioner

A Watershed employee is speaking out for the first time about a deputy commissioner in his department who is accused of bullying and abusing employees that work for him. FOX 5 reported three investigations underway into how the manager is treating watershed employees. The employees and the Union want the deputy commissioner to be gone.
