Judge denies request to temporarily halt Georgia's abortion law

A Fulton County Superior Court judge said he did not have the authority to grant a temporary restraining order halting Georgia's so-called Heartbeat Law. The law restricts abortions to just the first six weeks. Lawyers will still argue the constitutionality of the law.
