Christmas cookies get a couture makeover at Grant Park shop:  Of course, the holidays are a very busy time at A Haute Cookie, with pickup and local delivery available along with nationwide shipping; right now, White is offering free shipping on all orders over $60.  Current store hours are 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays — and White says pre-ordering is recommended.
