'Suspicious package' found at Clark Atlanta University; police give 'all clear'

ATLANTA - Atlanta police say nothing dangerous was found in a suspicious package on the campus of Clark Atlanta University on Monday.

Officers with the Atlanta Police Department responded to the school, which is southwest of Downtown Atlanta around 1:30 p.m.

Authorities say nothing hazardous was found in the item.

An "all clear" was given shortly before 4 p.m.
