Burgers with Buck: American Cut

It's not a burger joint.  In fact, there's not even a burger on the menu.  So why in the world would #BurgersWithBuck pay a visit to a high end Buckhead steakhouse like American Cut?  That is the question. 

And here is the answer...the 'Off the Menu Burger'.  For starters, as the name implies, it is not on the menu.  Secondly, for the informed among us, it is only served on the main level in the bar area.  Thirdly, it is delicious.

Take an eight ounce, dry aged pattie, add carmelized onions with a little Jack Daniels, and beer cheese made with Miller High Life...yes, the champagne of beers, and you get the 'Off the Menu Burger'.  

At a restaurant known for great steaks, you would expect nothing less than a great burger, and this one doesn't disappoint.
