A Washington woman says her newly adopted rescue dog was electrocuted to death at Holiday Magic at the Fair on Friday.

The whole thing was captured on her home surveillance video — including when she grabbed the raccoon by the scruff and flung it across the yard.

Jonathan the tortoise has outlived both World Wars. He is older than the first photograph and has lived through the administrations of 39 U.S. presidents.

Video shows the little girl repeatedly trying to kick the raccoon off her leg before her mom steps in.

Linda Reed, a resident in the area, shared a video of the animal walking through her yard.

“He apparently got a little antsy and bounced around the cab setting this truck in motion,” officials shared.

Researchers say moose are not common in the area, but over the past few years they've captured "quite a few bulls on camera."

With an estimated total of $15,000 for the surgery and $1,000 per night to stay at the ICU, Philly Rescue Angels is asking for donations to help cover the expenses for Lucky's care.
