Report: Faton Bauta to Start Against Florida
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - According to the internet sports site Gridiron Now, UGA Head Coach Mark Richt is starting Faton Bauta at quarterback Saturday against the Florida Gators.
Gridiron Now Reporter Mike Huguenin posted that Bauta, a junior who hasn't thrown a pass this season for the Bulldogs, gives the team the ability to run the read-option offense. All three quarterbacks, Bauta, Greyson Lambert, and Brice Ramsay, have been getting significant reps in practice this week leading some insiders to speculate that a change was near.
FOX 5 Sports Reporter Justin Felder will be in Jacksonville starting Friday afternoon bringing you all the latest news on the Bulldogs as they prepare for the arch-rival Gators.
