Vegas officials release chilling body cam footage of officers responding to mass shooting

There's a lot of debate about law enforcement agencies releasing body cam footage.  The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police didn't have much debate about this.

Late Tuesday afternoon, about three minutes of dramatic body cam footage was released, and it showed a close-up view of the terror as it unfolded on the strip in the minutes after the shooting started.

You see, hear, and almost feel the chaos, the confusion, the danger as officers tried to help panicked people and at the same time figure out just who was shooting and from where.

It's chilling to watch, so stark, scary, and real.
