Police: 3 suspects arrested in Walmart armed robbery in Conyers
CONYERS, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Three people have been arrested in a Walmart armed robbery in Conyers over the weekend, authorities said Tuesday.
Timothy Grissom, 30, of Atlanta; Ambereanca Ponders, 27, of Forest Park; and Litira Rush, 27, of McDonough face charges of theft by shoplifting.
Grissom was arrested after a traffic stop. Ponders and Rush were identified by tipsters and turned themselves in, according to police.

About 4 a.m. Sunday, police say the two women and one man entered a Walmart in Conyers and “shoplifted numerous items.”
When the manager confronted the group, officials say the man chambered and pointed the pistol at him.
The group then fled in a dark four-door sedan.
Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta and the Conyers Police Department were offering a $2,000 reward.
