Morehouse College gets new leader
ATLANTA - Atlanta's Morehouse College now has a new leader.
The Morehouse College Board of Trustees voted Sunday to name Dr. David A. Thomas as the college's 12th president.
Thomas is the first president in 50 years who didn't graduate from Morehouse.
Dr. Thomas said one of his goals is to help raise enough scholarship money so that every deserving student who wants a Morehouse education can get one.
