Missing Forest Park man

FOREST PARK, Ga. - Investigators said 58-year-old Reginald Earl Jones disappeared after leaving home for the library two days ago.

Jones' family said he has medical conditions and has never been away from home for more than a day.

He was last seen wearing a green and white Philadelphia Eagles jersey, black pants with red and white sneakers.

Anyone who sees him should call 911 immediately.
