ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - The man indicted on 31 counts in connection with a restaurant shooting and a series of armed robberies pleaded guilty to all counts late Thursday in Fulton County court.
Thaddeus Todd shot a man at JCT Kitchen located on Howell Mill Road back in August 2017 and was behind the earlier armed robberies, Atlanta Police said.
Officers said during the August 2017 incident, he followed the victim into the restaurant and then shot him multiple times.
In a video of the shooting obtained by FOX 5 News, customers can be seen running as shots were fired.
After pleading guilty, Todd was sentenced to 40 years in prison.
